Soft Washing

Using low pressure and a mixture of proper chemicals to remove mold, mildew, algae, lichen, and any organic matter that is present on the exterior of your home. Soft washing is the only way a home should be washed and pressure should never be used on siding.

Pressure Washing

Using high pressure to remove the contaminants of hard surfaces such as brick and concrete. Our pressure washing process involves pretreating the affected area with a chemical solution to remove organic matter followed by high pressure water to bring the surface back to a like new state. This includes driveways, walkways, and patios.

Roof Cleaning

Using the right mixture of chemicals and high attention to detail, a roof cleaning can bring back a healthy appearance to an older roof. Many roofs suffer from black streaking which is organic matter eating away at the limestone found in shingle roofing. The Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) recommends cleaning asphalt shingles with a chemical mixture and avoiding pressure all together.

Gutter Cleaning

Clearing debris from gutters allowing them to properly carry out their function of diverting water properly from your roof. We can also perform gutter brightening to restore the gutters and make them look brand new.

Deck/Fence Cleaning

Using the right mixture of chemicals will bring the wood on your deck or fence back to a like new appearance. Wood should never be cleaned with high pressure and can cause damage and a “fuzzy” appearance.
